1. Acceptance of Terms

3.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of funds from your helpwin account balance at any time, subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein. helpwin processes withdrawal requests within fifteen (15) minutes under normal circumstances, though processing times may vary depending on payment method, verification requirements, and other factors beyond helpwin's control. helpwin reserves the right to delay or refuse withdrawal requests if there is reason to believe that the account is being used for fraudulent purposes, if the account holder has violated these Terms, or if additional verification is required.

Before processing a withdrawal, helpwin may require you to verify your identity by submitting government-issued identification, proof of address, proof of payment method ownership, and other documentation as reasonably requested. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in withdrawal delays or denial.

Withdrawal requests are subject to wagering requirements associated with bonuses, promotions, and other offers. You must satisfy all applicable wagering requirements before funds become eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw funds before satisfying wagering requirements may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.

3.3 Currency

All financial transactions on the helpwin platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). If you deposit funds in a different currency, the amount will be converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. You are responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate fluctuations.

3.4 Fees

helpwin does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals unless explicitly stated on the platform. However, your payment provider (bank, e-wallet service, etc.) may charge fees for processing transactions. You are solely responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment providers.

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

4.1 Bonus Terms

HELPWIN DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, THAT IT WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, HELPWIN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF HELPWIN HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL HELPWIN'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE DEPOSITED INTO YOUR HELPWIN ACCOUNT DURING THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 Termination by helpwin

helpwin reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, abused Bonuses, or otherwise acted in a manner detrimental to helpwin or other players. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

If your account is terminated for violation of these Terms, helpwin may forfeit any remaining account balance, including deposits, winnings, and Bonus funds. If your account is terminated without cause, helpwin will return your account balance (excluding Bonus funds) after deducting any amounts owed to helpwin.

9.2 Termination by Player

You may close your helpwin account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, you may withdraw any remaining account balance, subject to verification and compliance with these Terms. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not satisfied wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and your use of the helpwin Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. 11. General Provisions

11.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and helpwin regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, agreements, and understandings, whether written or oral.

11.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision shall be replaced with a valid, legal, and enforceable provision that most closely reflects the original intent.

11.3 Waiver

No waiver by helpwin of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition. Any failure by helpwin to enforce a right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

11.4 Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate these Terms or your rights and obligations hereunder without helpwin's prior written consent. helpwin may assign, transfer, or delegate these Terms and its rights and obligations without restriction.
